This week, we take a look at the fears that come up for us.

Week Three:

This week, we’ll take a look at how to create structure and balance, and a key practice that can be done in the moment.

Week Four:

On the last week of this month’s challenge, we look at how to create rest no matter what you’re doing, and look at dealing with obstacles to finding balance.
