Sea Change 2014 Modules!

So the voting is in from our Sea Change members’ poll, and you all voted for what modules you want for 2014.

I really love the modules you guys voted on — it’s going to be a great year!

So here’s what we’re doing for 2014:

  1. All-Day Mindfulness – in January we’re having a Month of Mindfulness, focusing on a new mindfulness habit each week. By the end of the month, you’ll have the starter tools for living a mindful life.
  2. Unprocrastination
  3. Exercise
  4. Meditation
  5. Self-compassion
  6. Wake early
  7. Declutter
  8. Let go of expectations
  9. Simple living
  10. Productivity
  11. Improve relationships
  12. Contentment

Some of the habits are very concrete, like meditation and exercise. Others are thinking habits or might be multiple actions, like letting go of expectations, contentment and improving relationships. But I think all are worth tackling.

Of course, if you’re not interested in one of these months, you can always do your own thing, but use the Sea Change accountability teams for support. Whatever habit you’re doing, making changes with a group is always more powerful.

I’m really looking forward to this year. I had an amazing 2013 with all of you, and I’m deeply grateful. Thank you for being in this program.
