- People that have daily routines are blessed and rare as life is inconsistent.
- Most of us are somewhere between the extremes of strict, untouched routine and chaos, no routine at all.
- We want to control what we can control and let go of what we can’t control.
- Find the spots, places you can control, in your day.
- Set a reminder as they are necessary and beneficial in this cases.
- Feeling of chaos is discomfort and uncertainty.
- Give yourself compassion.

- Practice being with chaos, be there with it and start with small steps towards chaotic life.
- Keep reminders for spots you can control.
