Welcome to Lesson 6 of the Advanced Habit Skills Challenge!
In this lesson, we talk about burning out.
- Burn out could come from any aspect of your life.
- We could be dealing with decent level of stress but what could cause the burn out is overwhelming yourself with learning habits, project related, etc. So it piles up.
- First step is to bring awareness and noticing how it is.
- Ask yourself what can be done to lower the stress level (more sleep, rest, etc.)
- Is this course too intense for you? Instead of choosing 3 habits, pick just one. Instead of meditating for an hour, do it for 20 minutes.
- Press the pause button.
- Find the way to uplift yourself with energy in order to avoid demotivation.
- Narrative of sensation.
- We can be, mindfully, with our sensations without narrative.
- Shake yourself out. Physically move energy through your body.
