  1. Take a few minutes to commit to doing this habit, to a group or at least one other person. Small teams on Slack are ideal, if you haven’t joined one yet.
  2. Commit to doing a weekly review (Mondays are what we do as a community), and put it on your calendar.
  3. Continue doing the habit for the rest of this month.
