In this lesson, I talk about why we are always looking for more, why we’re dissatisfied, and how to deal with these feelings … and eventually find contentedness in life.
In the end, all the decluttering in the world won’t matter if we don’t solve the root problem that brought the clutter in our lives in the first place.
The root problem is that we are not satisfied with what we have. We feel we need to fill our needs with possessions, to find comfort and stress relief, to prepare for things, and buying is how we do all that. But once we buy more possessions … we still aren’t satisfied?
Why do we do this? In this video, I share how to become aware of these feelings and how to deal with them.
And in the end, how to find contentedness with nothing more than you have.
