Welcome to Lesson 2 of the Expectation of Ourselves Challenge!
In this lesson, we talk about evening reflection:
- Set a reminder in the evening for your daily reflection (after work, before bed, etc.)
- Think of this as a reflective time, quiet practice.
- Sit, lie down or use a journal.
- Look back on your day with as much gentleness and kindness as possible.
- With reflection, we are bringing awareness.
This week:
- Reflect on the day just passed, and see what are your intentions for tomorrow.
- Once you are done with reflection, give yourself some gratitude.
