I also talk about the five qualities we nurture in meditation (as stolen from Pema Chodron):
1. Steadfastness/trust in ourselves.
2. Clear seeing (of our patterns, emotions, thoughts).
3. Courage to stay with our experience.
4. Being awake to the present moment, as it is.
4. No big deal.
