- This is for people who have been doing Sea Change or habit change for a few months or more, with a few successful habits under your belt
- You’re getting decent at habits, but you’d like to really get good at habits and deepen into the skills
- We’re not trying to get too advanced this month, but setting ourselves up to deepen into it
This month:
- Pick a simple habit to add, to work with
- You can add it to the habits you’re already doing
- Make it a positive habit change, not quitting a habit (yet)
