- Structure is anything where we create a plan, schedule, ritual or routine that will support what we want to do.
- What do you want and need and how it is going to happen ,when and where?
- Make a date, with your partner, child, with yourself.
- Structure as a trial.
- Finding balance is the same thing.
- Skew to the right and left and adjust to the center.
- It is about adjusting, course correcting.
- Checking in with yourself regularly.
