- Deep commitment.
- Commit to others as well as yourself.
- What kind of accountability would you like?
- Add new habit if you are feeling like it.
- Have some reminders for check-ins: weekly and monthly.
- Keep practicing not only for the week but also next month.
- Commit to others – on slack, sea change team.
