Sea Change Schedule for 2019

This is the schedule I’m planning on using for our Sea Change challenges in 2019 …

Please note that there will beginner, intermediate and advanced challenges for some of these — meditation, for example — so that people who have done these before will have something to work on.

  • May:Productivity/procrastination
  • June:Simplifying life
  • July: Relationships
  • August: Self-discipline
  • September: Creativity or entrepreneurship
  • October: Finances
  • November: Decluttering
  • December: Sacred Bow Year-End Challenge

Again, if you’ve done these before, we’ll have new challenges for you in each area.

I hope you’ll plan on doing these challenges with us. If Some of them are not for you, you can create your own challenges for those particular months and then join us for the other months.
