In 2021, we invite you to really master the skill of building habits.

For the new year, we’re introducing a two-track system so that there is something to master for everyone in Sea Change: Fundamentals & Advanced tracks.

Every month, we’ll have two options — either separate challenges for the two tracks, or additional Advanced content within the same challenge. January is a good example of the latter: we’ll do Beautiful Mornings challenge to encourage you to start the year with a strong morning routine, but have some content for Advanced users.

To be clear on the two tracks, here’s why you should do one or the other

  1. Fundamentals track: For newer members, or really anyone who would like to solidify their habit skills for the year.
  2. Advanced track: For members who have been in Sea Change for more than a year, who have some solid habits under their belt, and want to really master harder habits or topics (relationships, quitting a habit, etc).

We recommend picking a track in January, and then really spending the year mastering it as best you can.

Note: For some of the monthly challenges, we’ll be doing habits we’ve done in previous years — you are welcome to substitute your own habit (another challenge we have, or a different habit you want to work on) but either way, we encourage you to use the habit to work on the habit skills we’re laying out for you this year.

  10. October: Self-compassion
  11. November: Create Daily
  12. December: Sacred Bow

Advanced Track

  1. January: Beautiful Mornings – set your day up with morning routine, really practicing & reviewing the fundamentals & setting your habits up for success.
  2. February: Deepen into habit fundamentals
  3. March: Habit key skills – learning flexibility & mindset, extending the fundamentals challenge
  4. April: Expectations of yourself
  5. May: Long term habits
  6. June: Get Active
  7. July: Simple Living
  8. August: Quit a bad habit
  9. September: Healthy Eating
  10. October: Self Compassion
  11. November: Find Balance – work & rest
  12. December: Sacred Bow
